Hello,
My name is Ernie Miles, I am 45 years old, I am married to Charlene Miles. I have three sons that I have raised by myself and that I am very proud of. My oldest son is Devin Miles, he is 24 years old and is engaged to Christina Zarella, they are going to be married on November 10th of this year. Devin and Christina have a beautiful daughter named Chloe, she is 2 years old. My second son is named David Miles, he is 22 years old and he is married to Sandi Miles. My youngest son is Dylan Miles, he is 20 years old and he is still a bachelor. I also have two step children, one is a step daughter named Shaylee Hanson, she is 17 years old and she is a senior at Lapeer West High School. My youngest step child is my step son named Jaden Hanson, he is 14 years old and he is a freshman at Lapeer West High School.
I am currently attending college at Davenport University, I am working full time at Dokka Fasteners, so I have not been taking enough classes each semester to qualify as being a full time student. I usually take two classes each semester, which keeps me quite busy while working full time and helping to take care of my family and spend time with those that are important to me. I am double majoring for bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. One of my main goals is to get into a job that will free up my wife from having to work, so she will be able to be a stay at home mother. I am presently a junior in my college, I will attain my first associate's degree at the end of my Spring/Summer semester of 2013, and then I will attain my first bachelor's degree at the end of the Spring/Summer semester of 2014. I am currently carrying a 3.653 GPA. I have been nominated to join the National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi, and I am going to join it on 9-19-2012.
I feel that technical communication is very important to me for my choice of my career because the internet has become so important in all business situations these days. Many businesses do business transactions online and sales data is automatically put into computer programs to be filed and accounted for on a computer program. If someone is not trained in operating basic computer programs then they will feel lost when they are put into a real life situation that will require them to have at least a general knowledge of computers and their software.
Sincerely Yours
Ernie Miles
